You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable, unless the return is determined by management to be a result of our error. Additional shipping and handling costs may be charged for merchandise exchanges.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Online shipping rates are based upon the dollar amount of the order and are figured on a general shipping zone. We determine the carrier USPS or UPS based upon the order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, like wines, and some products cannot be shipped to individual states, territories or international destinations. Please call to order for any international location address except APO and FPO addresses.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider and service available, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Adverse weather conditions and shipping operator problems may delay package delivery. Standard delivery is generally 5-7 business days not including weekends or holidays. Expedited shipping is available via UPS 3 day, or 2nd day or next day air.
Please also note that we ship standard shipping and will choose the shipping carrier based upon region, address and package specifications, unless you request a specific carrier in the COMMENT section of the order. If you choose expedited shipping services, the carrier will be UPS 3 day, 2nd day or next day. However, some regions do not permit expedited shipping and standard delivery will be chosen. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories and international shipments do not have an expedited shipping option and will be shipped via U.S.P.S.
Wine shipments must be shipped via signature confirmation. UPS will not deliver wine unless a person over the age of 21 is present to sign for the wine, with a valid identification. UPS will make 3 delivery attempts and then return the package to sender. We CAN NOT ship wine to a PO box.
